On behalf of the community Hub Group wanted to thank you for your continuing interest in the St Minver Community Hub project and support in raising funds that, including firm pledges, now total £267,496.59 towards the target figure of £750,000.

Given the difficult times we have been through and the constraints around fundraising, to have reached such an amazing total is truly inspiring and gives increasing confidence that with continuing support from the local community and grant awarding organisations the target is achievable in a realistic timescale.

The idea of delivering a community building to bring present facilities up to date and providing more space for much needed services has always been the driver for this project, and to know we are well on the way to achieving our goal makes all the hard work worthwhile. The Health Hub continues to provide a prescription service and podiatry clinic and is a good example of how communities can come together to support local infrastructure.

The Community Hub Committee meet every first Tuesday of the month and are always really happy to receive offers of help around fundraising or information of grant funding opportunities that we may not be aware of.
