The 5 Directors of the Hub CIO evaluated all 5 tenders received today with Paul Bearham from South West Community Builds, who is our Project Manager and we came to a unanimous decision on our preferred builder for our new Community Hub.

The preferred builder will now be informed and we can announce to you all next week who will be our building partner and confirm the building start date (estimated 1st week in March).
