The 5 Directors of the Hub CIO evaluated all 5 tenders received today with Paul Bearham from South West Community Builds, who is our Project Manager and we came to a unanimous decision on our preferred builder for our new Community Hub.

The preferred builder will now be informed and we can announce to you all =next week who will be our building partner and confirm the building start date (estimated 1st week in March).
