Welcome to St Minver Community Hub, a Charitable Incorporated Organisation formed in January 2019!
Our vision is to provide a new community hub and meeting place that meets the needs of the existing users and provides comprehensive facilities for all of the local community.
Our plan is to develop the existing Football Club, Guide and Scout Groups at Trewint Playing Fields and add additional facilities such as a café; meeting rooms; a venue for hire and a Parish Council Chamber. The new Hub will be self-funding, sustainable and meet the needs of future generations.

Your community needs you! Are there 500 people in our community who are prepared to donate £1,000 to the Community Hub Project?
The new Community Hub will provide a focal point for members of the local community whether local resident, second homeowner or regular visitor. It will be a place where people can meet, socialise, learn new skills, share knowledge, and have fun. We will be incredibly grateful for any support you can provide to help us raise the funds required.
We are really pleased to announce the opening of a Podiatry Service, that is available at the Health Hub and commenced on Friday the 5th March 2021.
In these strange times we all find ourselves, creating a sustainable asset for our community is crucial. We have taken the opportunity to step back and review our requirements with a focus on keeping the cost down as much as feasibly possible, providing the most benefit to the community within the Hub we are creating and importantly, ensuring what we produce is sustainable and cost effective for years to come.
It is good to know that the hub is now fully open twice a week with a nurse led service as well as prescription collection. The lockdown has proven what a great community we have and how everyone pulls together in a time of crisis.
At 1st St. Minver Scout Group, we are delighted that Scouting continued during ‘Lockdown’, albeit in a very different format.
