1st St Minver Scout Group
https://www.stminvercommunityhub.org.uk/project/scouts/
The 1st Scout Group is a registered charity and operates a comprehensive, progressive training programme for young people, boys and girls, from the age of six to twenty- five. They are fortunate enough to operate all sections in the 1st St. Minver Scout Group, all supported by volunteer Leaders.
The building is very well used, but the numbers are limited by the size of the building rather than the availability of young people wishing to be part of Scouting at 1st St. Minver Scout Group.
1st St Minver Guide Group
https://www.stminvercommunityhub.org.uk/project/guides/
The 1st St Minver Guide Group is a Registered Charity and has been established since 1982.
Countless young people, some of whom now have grandchildren in the present day Scouts and Guides, have used these recreation facilities and the community wants to see it continue to be fit for purpose and provide a true community hub in the heart of the village for all to enjoy.
St Minver Football Club
https://www.stminvercommunityhub.org.uk/project/football-club/
The 1st team play in the East Cornwall Premier League Division 1 and the 2nd team play in the Cornwall Duchy League. The season runs between Mid-July to mid-May with training and fixtures running throughout the season.
The Club is also looking to introduce a new Youth section which will provide football development opportunities for the youngsters in our catchment area and the new Hub facility will provide the ideal base for this progression with far improved changing facilities and playing areas to develop the talents of the locals.
