The new building will not only provide the facilities to secure the future of the Scouts, Guides, Football Club and Health Hub but also provide a modern, fully accessible, energy efficient, space that will be at the heart of the community. It will deliver a wide range of much needed facilities and activities stimulating community cohesion and supporting activities for all age groups to start well, live well and age well.

We will be providing the following features within the building:

• 2 community halls

• 1 meeting room

• A space for a community café

• 2 changing rooms (designed for football)

• Referee changing spaces

• Consulting room and dispensing office

• Plant Room

• Triple garage for storage and public toilet

• Re-instating the car park area
