What are we building?
New Community Hub
The new building will not only provide the facilities to secure the future of the Scouts, Guides, Football Club and Health Hub but also provide a modern, fully accessible, energy efficient, space that will be at the heart of the community. It will deliver a wide range of much needed facilities and activities stimulating community cohesion and supporting activities for all age groups to start well, live well and age well.
Internal Design
We will be providing the following features within the building:

Triple garage for storage and public toilet

Our Services
We will be offering the following services:
- 2 community halls for hire by clubs, groups and for private events
- 1 meeting room for hire
- a community café
- 2 changing rooms (designed for football) and Referee changing spaces
- Medical consulting room and dispensing office

St Minver Community Hub CIO Starts work on new Community Building
The St Minver Community Hub CIO Trustees are delighted to announce that work on building the new Community Hub in the Trewint Playing Fields at St Minver commenced on Monday 4th March 2024. The build is scheduled for completion in December with all facilities in use by early 2025.
Tender Evaluation Completed

Our Open Day is Massive Success
We held a great and successful event today as we had 63 attendees come along to learn all about the project and our plans for the future with the brand new St Minver Community Hub.
Exciting News
The St Minver Community Hub CIO is delighted to announce the award of a Shared Prosperity Fund grant of £600,000. This brings the total funds raised and pledged to some £900,000 enabling the construction of the new Community Hub Building in Trewint Playing Fields to commence early next year and to be in use by the end of 2024. This is a tremendous milestone for the project that was envisaged over 10 years ago and for which fund raising has been underway for 5 years.
