After a hiatus of 3 years, St Minver has a Women’s Institute once again – but this time it’s slightly different.
A group of mums with primary school-aged children have driven the re-founding of the local WI, and the first two meetings of the group have included women in their twenties up to those in their sixties – and those who would prefer not to say!
WI meetings are a mixture of speakers and creative activities, with the overall ambition being to raise money for the benefit of local charities and to have fun.
On the 9th of July the session will include an update on the St Minver Community Hub, so why not come along and join us and share your views and ideas.
